Step back in time to the days of Wartime England to experience the 'Blitz Spirit'

October 5th & 6th

Take a steam train ride back to the 1940’s as we turn back the clock and recapture the spirit of the blitz in this spectacular new event.  Dress up in style and don’t forget to bring dancing shoes, as our event features live entertainment, music and dancing, vehicle displays, spectacular battle re-enactments and demonstrations - all brought to life by hundreds of re-enactors from both military and the home front.

Browse for vintage clothing, shoes and accessories – or even get your hair done - from the vintage stalls in Market Street at Wansford.

Travel on an authentic European train of ‘Wagon-Lit’ coaches into occupied Europe, as Overton station is transformed into ‘Carentan’ under German occupation – so be sure to have your identity card and travel permits ready for inspection!
