Conditions for our events 

We also insist on the following 

• Stout walking / work boots are essential as you will be walking over uneven ground
• The event is not suitable for people with walking difficulties or wheelchairs
• A good torch is required to enable safe walking alongside the rail tracks
• Sensible clothing as you will be close to carriages etc with potential grease covered areas.
• All instructions on health and safety must be adhered to, failure to comply could potentially shut down the event. (Disclaimer form will be sent on tickets purchased.
• Please keep noise to a minimum as there are residents living in the cottages nearby, especially when leaving the venue after the investigation.
• No alcohol permitted before or during the investigation, anyone found to have alcohol with them or be intoxicated, will be removed from the investigation with immediate effect.
• Anyone found to be under the influence drug misuse will be immediately removed from the investigation
• Anyone found to have committed a crime will be removed and the Police notified.
• All guests must fill out a medical form on arrival, in case of an emergency, this will only be used if a 999 call is made for an ambulance.

Time of events 

7pm -3am - Due to the lateness of the finishing time, if you are travelling from a distance we recommend you book into a local hotel, Premier Inn or Travelodge.
