Experiences

Nene Valley Railway is more than just a train ride. Throughout the summer weekends, you will find regular events on at Wansford Station, or the Travelling Post Office carriage set demonstrating how mail used to be moved and sorted at night. At other times you will see both steam and diesel traction working alongside each other. Because we’re an international railway, you’ll also see locomotives and coaching stock from across Europe, a unique offering from NVR.
