For our 2024 season, we will generally be running Steam services every First and Third Weekend of the Month, and Heritage Diesel services every Second and Fourth weekend of the month. Please check with us which service is operating before you visit, as we may have to make changes at short notice for operational reasons. 

The NVR and the A1 Steam Locomotive Trust are working together to see 60163 Tornado visit the NVR for Driving Experience Courses provisionally on 20^th, 21^st and 22^nd August and passenger running on 24^th, 25^th and 26^th August. If you have booked tickets to Ride behind Tornado or Drive Tornado, please email with your booking reference to adminassistant@nvr.org.uk to discuss options available for the planned August visit.
